Easter Baking

Easter is a 4 day break in London - Good Friday, Saturday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday. Most people would take this opportunity to travel out of London. But as WaiMeng has exams round the corner, we are staying in London.

Besides shopping and more shopping (except for Easter Sunday when the shops are closed by law), I decided to do some more baking.
